Job Description
As a Labourer or Leading Hand, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects and maintenance services. You will work closely with our field crews to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a respectful and customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the crew
2. Assess and rectify water and sewer faults within required timeframes
3. Maintain clean and organised work areas, including vehicles
4. Ensure compliance with all OHS requirements on site
5. Complete tasks efficiently using the field mobility computer system
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a labourer or leading hand in commercial or civil plumbing
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* MR Truck Licence, Excavator Tickets, and White Card
* Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (advantageous)
