Contracts Administrator Role
As a key player in the project delivery team, you will contribute to major infrastructure projects shaping Australia's future.
The role requires financial and administrative control of modular construction projects, ensuring accurate management of progress claims, forecasting, reconciliations, and client correspondence.
* Prepare and submit progress claims for clients and subcontractors.
* Manage project cost forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting using specialized software.
* Draft and process variations, delay notices, and commercial correspondence.
* Liaise with project managers, construction teams, and clients to resolve queries.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of contract documentation, registers, and claims across project management systems.
Responsibilities:
* Financial Control: Manage project finances, including progress claims, forecasting, and reconciliations.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers and construction teams.
