We find and retain the best.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding remote service desk support to a variety of environments from ******** users, as a point of escalation and SMESupporting a combination of servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD and M365 environmentsDelivering the support of Azure, VMWare and Citrix cloud infrastructurePerforming a wide variety of support across many technologiesOccasional project team work to deploy solutions for customersWorking with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environmentsRequirementsAn extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principlesOutstanding spoken and written communication skills in EnglishDeep knowhow in Windows Server, desktop and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCPStrength across messaging platforms including Exchange Hybrid, On-prem and Office 365Experience working with Hyper-V and other virtualisation solutionsExtensive experience with backup technologiesExposure to ticketing toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package including up to $100k + other benefitsFree access to Uprise, including 1:1 coaching sessions from qualified psychologists or counsellorsFlexible work-life balanceOpportunities for personal and professional developmentWeekly internal training sessions and libraryFastTrack mentoring programMAD (making a difference) Council, focusing on equality, charity, and the environmentOption of a Tesla company carRegular social events and a great team cultureFirst Focus welcomes applications from Neurodiverse candidates.
