Account Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced business leader to spearhead our efforts in NSW. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business sales revenue from a software license model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic relationships with multiple C-suite executives across all product sales
* Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating a comprehensive account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and advising on how our solution can help them achieve their IT objectives
* Identify and engage specialist resources to bring value to deals, at the right time
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within a software or solutions sales organization
* Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, as well as other teams
* Experience producing new business, negotiating complex deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
* Ability to drive sales targets and deliver results-oriented outcomes
* Understanding of the bigger picture and our plans around IT is essential
* Experience promoting a customer success focus in a collaborative environment
* Flexibility to travel up to 50%
