The Role
As Interior Designer you will shape the resident experience across our upcoming Class 2 residential apartment developments. Working closely with our architecture, development and sales teams, you will define interior concepts, specify finishes and fixtures, and ensure every detail aligns with Hyecorp's position at the luxury end of the market. You will own your projects from design development through to construction documentation and site review.
What You'll Do
* Lead interior concept development for multi-residential apartment projects
* Produce detailed design documentation, FF&E schedules and finish selections
* Collaborate with architects, developers and contractors in an integrated delivery model
* Conduct site reviews and manage design intent through construction
* Contribute to presales presentations and display suite briefs
* Stay ahead of luxury residential trends and material innovation
What We're Looking For
* Substantial experience designing Class 2 residential apartments in urban settings — this is non-negotiable
* A portfolio demonstrating sophisticated spatial thinking and premium finish specification
* Proficiency in Revit, with strong documentation skills
* A deep understanding of the luxury apartment buyer and how design drives perception of value
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design within a commercial environment
* Degree qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
This is not a role for the generalist. We are looking for someone who has spent their career immersed in the specifics of high-end apartment design — someone who understands the difference between a good apartment and one that people fall in love with.
