We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance team, partnering closely with Project Managers and General Managers across multiple divisions. This is a diverse and influential role, providing both leadership and technical expertise to ensure the financial strength of our business.

Key responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the Finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial management and reporting.
* Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring outputs meet required standards.
* Present financial performance and insights to senior leaders and project stakeholders.
* Build strong business relationships across multiple departments, acting as the "face of Finance."
* Provide guidance on financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
* Drive system improvements and enhancements in SAP, ensuring best practice.
* Contribute to project review meetings and support operational decision-making.
About you
* Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the mining or civil industries.
* Strong understanding of management accounting and month-end processes.
* ERP expertise – ideally SAP, or similar large ERP systems
* Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
* Curious, proactive, and skilled in building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
