LogicMonitor is an AI‑first hybrid observability platform that provides complete visibility and actionable intelligence across on‑premises, cloud, and edge environments. In this role you will help customers, prospects, and internal teams understand how to best use the LogicMonitor product suite to achieve their business goals, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and hands‑on experience.
Key Role Details
Customer Architects remove technical barriers to success, enable early knowledge of new features, and translate customer requests into actionable insights for product and engineering leadership. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams, and you will help shape and deliver a technical training curriculum that maximizes speed to value for customers and speed to productivity for internal functions.
What Youâ€˚LL Need
* Bachelorâ€˚s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 6+ years of experience in a technical role, with significant exposure to IT infrastructure or software development.
* Strong background in Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking, Application Services, Big Data, or distributed computing.
* Experience with virtualization or cloud‑native architectures, containerization, observability, and DevOps.
* Understanding of systems, information, and data flows in enterprise environments.
* Experience delivering API‑based solutions.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, with strong technical writing abilities.
* Proficient in Linux and/or Windows/Network administration and operations, including virtualization (VMWare, Hyper‑V, Xen), storage (NetApp, EMC, HP, Dell), load balancers (F5, Netscaler, Barracuda), WMI, PerfMon, JDBC, SNMP, SMTP, JMX, web servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat), Active Directory, databases (SQL, MySQL, Postgres), and scripting (Groovy, PowerShell, Ruby).
* Willingness to travel for onsite training and evangelism engagements.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a distributed team.
* Public speaking and presentation skills.
