Location: Kewdale, WA A new opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated Commercial Manager to join our Resource & Industrial's team, where you will play a key role in maximising Toll's profitability and return on capital whilst minimising risk and ensuring governance obligations, policies and procedures are met across our WA Security Sensitive portfolio. As Commercial Manager you will: Business Partnering with the Toll Security Sensitive West Regional Manager & Site based Operations Management Develop and deliver analytical reporting required to support operational management decision making Preparation and presentation of client reporting packs Involvement in commercial negotiations, business proposals (tenders) and contract review Oversee Admin Team function, ensuring sound invoicing processes and monitoring Work closely with the Finance Analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis of business trends and performance for weekly and monthly reporting Maintain and produce budgets and quarterly forecasts for your portfolio Develop sound and accurate cost/financial models generating IRR Evaluations, What if, scenario and sensitivity analysis etc. Demonstrate exemplary safety leadership behaviours and monitor and promote HSES & QA programs, to achieve a safe and incident free culture. Skills and experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial/finance management role Sound management accounting knowledge and internal controls capability Excellent analytical capability and sound commercial acumen (demonstrated cost driver and productivity analysis) Previous CAPEX preparation experience with a value range up to $10 million Experience managing an Admin Team Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills - PowerBI highly advantageous Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and partnering skills.
