Key Responsibilities:
This senior leader will assist the Executive Director Medical Services in overseeing various aspects of medical services, including ensuring compliance with legislative and award provisions. The key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the recruitment, appointment, credentialing, and employment of junior medical staff are consistent with relevant policies and regulations.
* Overseeing the development and implementation of strategies for the recruitment and workforce planning of junior medical staff, including selection and ongoing training requirements.
* Acting as the Executive Director Medical Services as required, in addition to being delegated as needed.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet the essential criteria, including Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty.
Desirable criteria include possessing or working towards fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and current driver's license.
