Role Description
The role aims to grow the Apple product and services in our partner stores. You will be held accountable for performance by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training the partner's staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.
We encourage our partner staff through our forward‐thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple every single day. You are a salesperson, leader and influencer within one or a number of multi‐branded retail partner stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
* Speak directly to customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value so they can make informed choices that best suit their needs.
* Educate and empower store staff to remain knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
* Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
* Strive for perfection, ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Locations and Hours
* Full‐time (38 hours weekly, Wed‐Sun): Maroochydore 4558 / Mango Hill 4509
* Part‐time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs‐Sun): Loganholme 4129 / Robina 4230 / Broadbeach 4218
Minimum Qualifications
* Full‐time: Availability to work regularly on Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) at partner stores, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
* Part‐time: Availability to work regularly on Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday).
