Graduate AGV Engineer role involves delivering automated guided vehicle solutions, working on-site, and collaborating with a global leader in automation and robotics.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality and system processes within assigned projects
- Preparing AGV functionality and technical specifications
- Developing system design and programming of AGV systems
- Assisting in AGV system testing, integration, and factory testing
- Supporting installation specifications
- Testing and integration of AGV and PLC systems
- Commissioning AGVs on-site
- Managing project costs and schedules
- Participating in operator training
- Contributing to the development and improvement of AGV project delivery
About You
What you\'ll need:
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years experience
- Knowledge of PLC configuration, programming, and commissioning
- Basic programming skills (PLC Structured Text, SICK Devices, C or C++ highly desirable)
- Experience with networking, monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
- Experience in electrical design using AutoCAD or similar 2D and 3D drawing packages
- Experience with automation or materials handling highly desirable
- Robust communication skills
- Hunger and ability to learn
