The Opportunity
This isn't your typical marketing gig. You'll be the storyteller, the connector, and the executional force behind the go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of incredible startup clients. Working directly with founders, your mission is to establish them as the undeniable voice of their category. You'll create content and build relationships that engage humans and are built to win in the AI-driven marketing landscape. What You'll Do
* Own the Narrative (Content & Brand): Run content strategy from ideation to distribution, creating high-impact assets such as founder thought leadership, case studies, and educational guides optimized for both human audiences and discovery engines (SEO, AEO, GEO).
* Build Authority on Social: Leverage expertise in LinkedIn and adapt content for channels like TikTok and Instagram to build authority and engage audiences.
* Drive Credibility (PR & Partnerships): Build clients' public profiles by securing earned media and cultivating relationships with industry players, influencers, and community leaders.
* Enable Sales Teams to Win: Bridge marketing and sales with compelling case studies and presentations, ensuring the right content is available at the right time.
What We're Looking For
* Strategic, scrappy & commercial. Marketing should support tangible outcomes like pipeline, revenue, or customer acquisition. You think beyond playbooks and adapt world-class campaigns to create effective, differentiated results.
* Operator who owns it. Autonomy, fast delivery, and strong project management. You can manage multiple clients, own concepts to completion, and build relationships with founders, media, and partners.
* Modern marketing native. Strong foundation in SEO/AEO/GEO, CRM and CMS familiarity (Webflow preferred), and openness to AI tools to improve quality and speed.
Skills & Experience Checklist
* Content Strategy & Creation: Long-form guides, educational articles, case studies, and short-form social copy for B2B and D2C audiences.
* Modern SEO: SEO fundamentals with emerging AEO and GEO principles.
* Social Media Management: Deep LinkedIn expertise with ability to adapt content for Instagram, TikTok.
* PR & Media Outreach: Pitching journalists, securing guest posts, and building media relationships.
* CMS Proficiency: Experience with modern CMS (Webflow preferred).
* CRM Familiarity: Comfortable with CRM and email tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Attio) for content distribution, sales enablement, segmentation, and basic reporting.
* AI for Marketing: Experience using generative AI to accelerate research, content creation, and workflows.
* Creative Brief Writing: Ability to write clear briefs for design and other creative projects.
