**Your new role**
- Responsible for Human Resources administration from recruitment, contracts, screening and onboarding, variations, time recording through to terminations.
- Online and Social Media administration and support - Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website
- Ensure business information (including stores, addresses, opening hours) updated on Crown website, Google Business, shopping centre websites and social media.
- Assist with answering google queries and responding to reviews.
- Establish positive relationships with Store Team Leaders and shopping centre management and marketing teams.
- Identify marketing opportunities, liaise with Crown marketing to develop material, and liaise with Store Team Leaders and shopping centres to implement marketing campaigns.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
