About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Fitness Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training programs in Fitness.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students, ensuring successful program completion.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs using your extensive knowledge and experience.
* Provide ongoing support and feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
* Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate student progress.
* Evaluate and improve training strategies to optimize student outcomes.
* Prioritize assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Requirements:
* Hold SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness or higher education degree.
* Current membership of an Australian fitness professional body.
* Excellent linguistic, literacy, and numeracy skills for effective teaching.
* Strong understanding of learning theory, particularly with course delivery for adults.
* Minimum of 2 years industry or professional experience.
* Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is desirable but not essential.
