This 'hospitality style' division of Colliers is designed for premium businesses that desire best in class service for their guests and employees. We create, curate and manage workplace experiences.
**The Role**
This front of house role is ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector. The position encompasses a variety of disciplines that may lead to multiple career pathways.
You will:
- Warmly welcome visitors and provide secure building access
- Maintain immaculate presentation of lobby, reception and client meeting areas
- VIP escort and hosting
- Executive Boardroom, Client Suite and Event support
- Audio Visual support

**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a premium service/office environment including 5-star hotel, airline, or high-end retail
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
- Genuine respect for others that shows in every interaction with clients, employees and contractors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and creating memorable interactions in a short time frame
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Availability between 7am-7pm for a rotating roster
- Full working rights in Australia
