Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in choosing flooring and window coverings that suit their style, budget, and functional needs
* Create tailored quotes that reflect individual customer preferences
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, building customer trust
* Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
* Visit homes and businesses to provide measure and quoting services
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in any of the following is helpful but not essential – flooring, tiles, curtains and blinds, estimating
* Strong sales skills are highly valued
* Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential
* A drive to succeed in a results-focused environment
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
* Driver's license required
