About the Role
The receptionist role would contribute to our clinics in the central region with hours available at our Belmont, Midland and Bibra Lake; flexibility to cover locations as needed is welcomed.
Duties and responsibilities in this role include:
* Greet and welcome patients, clients and clinic visitors, following arrival procedures.
* Monitor clinic lists, patient waiting rooms and common areas to control wait times and minimise delays.
* Learn, understand and effectively communicate with patients, clients and clinic visitors regarding invoicing and payments.
* Partake in a routine cleaning and restocking roster.
* Review and file patient information, documents and forms to ensure compliance with RediMed and client requirements.
* Handle a high volume of client enquiries and bookings via telephone and email.
* Assist co-workers in other departments as required.
About You
We'd love if you had:
* An understanding/knowledge of Pre-employment Medicals
* Working knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS claiming.
* Experience with Genie Practice Management Software or similar.
* Previous medical and/or allied health administration experience.
