What you'll be doing
The Implementation Project Manager position reports to the Implementation Manager and sits with the Operational division. They are responsible for delivering industry-leading implementation experiences for all products in the ANZ region, enabling our clients to effectively utilise our products
You'll be involved in:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects to deliver a best-in-class service.
Stakeholder Management: Manage and respond to internal and external stakeholders for the success of implementation projects
Escalation Management: Serve as an escalation point for clients during the implementation process or training experience, building and maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Escalate through to management and other teams as required.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimise disruptions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct self-assessment QA to ensure services are of a consistently high calibre.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and make suggestions to improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who we're looking for

* Industry Experience: Experience in Real Estate, Trust Accounting, Reapit PM and / or Project Management.
* Customer centricity: A customer-centric approach is crucial for ensuring that the Implementations Team consistently delivers exceptional service and exceeds customer expectations.
* Data migration proficiency: A solid understanding of data migration processes and the ability to navigate data migration challenges.
* Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and influencing stakeholders.
* Adaptability: The implementations landscape is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies, tools, and processes is essential for staying ahead in the field
* Project management software: Demonstratable proficiency in Salesforce and highly desired
What your impact and success looks like
We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 3 months:
* Commence delivering basic projects across the Reapit PM / Trust IQ product suite
* Support the documentation of process changes and updates
* CSAT of at least 4.75 with response rate of 30%
Within 6 months:
* Proficiency across Reapit PM / Trust IQ basic and advanced implementations
* CSAT of at least 4.8 with a response rate of 30%
* Commenced cross skilling into Reapit Lettings products to deliver Reapit One implementations
* Achieving all KPIs and goals set as per onboarding plan
