Bailey Nelson is looking for a Casual Optical Assistant for our brand new store in Adelaide Arcade

Responsibilities
- Deliver the best possible customer experience every day by meeting customers' eyecare and frame styling needs
- Be part of a team that supports learning and development via our web-based learning platform
- Contribute to the store's success through positive engagement and strong customer service
Qualifications
- Customer Experience - Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar industry where customers' needs are met through great interactions, product recommendations and exceptional service
- Optical Experience - Previous experience is a big plus, but willingness to learn is required
- Passion - Genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare and eyewear needs
- Energy - Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business and able to adapt to change with a positive, can-do attitude
- Effectiveness - Ability to manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
- Problem Solving - Use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to achieve the best outcomes for customers
- Team - Build strong rapport with fellow team, management, optometrists and support office
- Drive - Desire to achieve and drive results through excellent customer service
- Availability - Flexible across weekdays and weekends
