Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in the Canowindra area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
Your day-to-day activities may include personal care, meal preparation, transport, social support, and domestic assistance. You will work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered care and support to customers in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and meal preparation
* Transport customers to medical appointments, social engagements, and other outings
* Foster meaningful connections and offer empathetic companionship to customers
* Perform domestic assistance tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and basic home maintenance
Requirements
* Driver's license and a fully registered and insured vehicle
* Current First Aid including CPR qualification
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (desired but not essential)
* NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in the use of technology, such as smartphones and computer programs
