About the Role
We're seeking experienced Production & Sanitation Crew members to join our team.
We have casual positions available in various roles, supporting the team - operating machinery and supporting production processes on weekdays and occasionally weekends and night shifts.
Production machine Operator
Sanitation Operator
This hands-on role involves operating equipment safely and efficiently, performing manual tasks, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with SOPs.
* Ensure product quality and consistency through regular checks and adjustments.
* Work collaboratively in a small team under general supervision. Working closely with QA & Product Development Team.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to PPE and safety protocols.
* Support production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Follow the cleaning and sanitation schedule. Record the cleaning and sanitation activities on approved paperwork/forms
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or machine operation
* Minimum 1-2 years of machine operation experience is required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work in a refrigerated environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina and strength
* Qualification in Food Processing (highly desirable)
Skills and Knowledge:
* Reliable, motivated, and punctual
* Willingness to learn and work in different roles to cover staff absence
* Previous experience in a similar role ideal, with knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to work under limited supervision and independently
* Forklift license desirable.
