As a Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor, you will be the commercial backbone of our projects - partnering with Project Managers to ensure every decision is financially sound and strategically aligned. From tender reviews to variation assessments and progress claims, you will be instrumental in keeping projects on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Project Managers to manage all commercial aspects of the project lifecycle.
* Review contract terms during tenders, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Develop and assess variations in line with contractual obligations.
* Develop and submit accurate progress claims and manage payment schedules in line with project timelines.
* Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and provide financial performance reports to all stakeholders.
* Liaise and negotiate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial matters.
* Maintain meticulous contract documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
* Champion continuous improvement in commercial systems, processes, and overall project delivery efficiency.
What You Will Bring
* 3-5 years' experience in contract administration or quantity surveying in civil construction, telco, infrastructure, or & mining NPI.
* Strong grasp of commercial principles, contract law, and construction methodologies.
* Proven success in managing contract deliverables, variations, claims, and negotiations.
* Experience in design and construct projects, ideally in remote or mining settings.
* Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and financial systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Law, or related field.
* Knowledge of Australian Standards and contract forms (AS4000, AS2124).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
