The Role:
We offer a 7/7 roster, working approximately 11 hours per shift. A diverse range of electrical & refrigeration work, including but not limited to:
* General electrical maintenance and repairs within the village accommodation and surrounding buildings
* Electrical switchboard upgrades, underground cable installs and 3-phase upgrades
* Refrigeration and Air Conditioners Maintenance and installs
* Ensure that you achieve outstanding day-to-day results, compliance with WHS and electrical regulations
We’re looking for candidates with:
* Work to a high standard
* Demonstrate solid electrical maintenance and technical fault-finding knowledge
* Proven track record of following safety policies and procedures
* Good time management skills to meet strict deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
* Be punctual and reliable
* A positive can-do attitude, be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of different tasks
To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:
* Current QLD Electrical Trade Certificate and preferably Refrigeration Certificate
* Must have a Current Electrical & preferably a Refrigeration Licence
* Demonstrated experience in an electrical maintenance industrial environment
* Able to perform all duties whilst maintain high standards in both Safety and Quality
* Able to undergo a medical, drug & alcohol test and national police check
* Current working at heights certificate would be advantageous
* Current CPR/LVR
Pre Requisites
It is a requirement that all new applicants must have or be willing to obtain the mandatory certificates necessary to be considered.
