We're looking for a practical and resilient Operations Support Officer who is confident stepping into real-world trade businesses, rolling up their sleeves, and helping turn chaos into calm.

About the Role
This is a front-line, hands-on trade administration role. You'll be working directly with client inboxes, phones, jobs, and systems to help get their businesses running properly.
You'll work closely with:
* Clients who need guidance and structure
* A team of like-minded problem solvers
* Proven systems and tools that actually work
Your day might include:
* Manage inboxes, phone calls, and client communications
* Schedule jobs, coordinate calendars, and manage work orders
* Invoicing and basic account management
* Organising digital records and client files
* Work across trade systems (e.g. ServiceM8, Tradify, AroFlo, SimPro) and Microsoft 365
* Liaise with tradies, suppliers, and internal team members
* Identify gaps, fix inefficiencies, and help implement better admin systems
