* Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture and engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
* Provide flexible and after-hours support when required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Promote health and safety in all operational practices, including WHS requirements.
* Undertake other duties as delegated by your line manager, aligned with your role and capabilities.

* Skilled in critical thinking and clinical decision making, with the ability to respond effectively in complex or high-risk situations.
* Solid understanding of relevant legislation, practice frameworks, and sector requirements, with a commitment to compliance and best practice.
* Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully with young people, families, and stakeholders.
