About the Role:
This role is responsible for managing a complex portfolio of legal liability claims, ensuring timely and cost-efficient management with a focus on personal injury. You will be required to make policy coverage decisions, assess allegations of negligence, negotiate quantum within delegated authority, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Manage a complex portfolio of claims arising from Public and Product Liability policies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Make policy coverage decisions, assess allegations of negligence, and negotiate quantum within delegated authority.
* Ensure a high standard of service is maintained for internal and external customers while building a network of professional relationships.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in law and/or experience working in a legal environment is highly desirable but not essential.
* Customer service experience and ability to provide support across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to plan, prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
