The Responsibilities : Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships by providing end to end recruitment services. Recruiting for Accountancy & Finance roles Nationally with any clients. Skye is the limit! Growing the finance portfolio for our brand with an opportunity to become the Lead / Manager. Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships. Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build strong talent pool. Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute team and business financial objectives. Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration. The Ideal Profile: Proven success with a consultancy in 360 recruitment within Finance, Accountancy & Finance and/or Corporate Finance. Prior business development experience with a hunter mindset and ability to put together as well as executing a recruitment sales plan. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates. A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong resilience and a passion for driving success in exceeding expectations. A collaborative team player who understands the bigger picture and contributes to the success of the team, business, and company.
