This are multiple outstanding opportunities to join our busy Real Estate Office in Williams Landing. The successful candidate will be working as a Admin/Leasing Consultant and assist in growing rent rolls, leasing properties.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, good computer skills, attention to detail who wants to grow with our company.
This role is ideally suited to someone currently in the leasing manager or property manager role with sound knowledge of property management and want to grow to next level.
DUTIES:
Included, but not limited to the following:
Process Rental Applications – screening tenants, reference checks etc.
Marketing properties
Conducting Open for Inspections and leasing properties.
Signing up new clients
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
* Agents Representative certificate and current police check
* Driver's license and reliable car
SKILLS:
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Be very well organized and able to meet deadlines
• Work effectively in a busy environment with the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
• Complete administration tasks on time
• Deal with tenants, landlords efficiently.
• Ensure all enquiries are answered in a reasonable turnaround time
Salary negotiable with experience
