Permanent long term career opportunity on a major naval defence program.
Shifts and salary
Day shift waged roles starting at $44.81 - $50.53 per hour. Afternoon and night shifts available starting at $58.00 - $65.00 per hour. 9 Day Fortnight.
Location
Osborne, SA, Australia. At BAE Systems Australia.

Responsibilities
- Undertake tasks and duties as directed by Production Supervision and/or Trades Trainer within bounds of current competence.
- Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required.
- Properly maintain materials, tools and equipment.
- Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area.
- Adhere to the BAE Maritime Australia policies and management practices.
Qualifications
- Trade Qualifications
- Experience in fabrication with MIG or Flux Core welding
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment
Security Clearances
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
