As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our revenue assurance initiatives. The Associate Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting Managed Services pre-billing, account invoicing approvals, and departmental revenue improvement initiatives that enable business performance to be on-time and on-budget.
This includes the collation and quality assurance of order, project, and services revenue information to enable Managed Services billing and revenue analysis. You will also participate in the triage of customer enquiries, investigation, and the coordination of responses.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with Services Provisioning, Assurance, and Customer Account Management teams to collate and validate data for once-off and recurring billable services
* Ensuring business approvals are secured, in accordance with governance requirements
* Supporting requirements and data analysis to support investigation and resolution of account revenue enquiries
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A certificate in Business Administration or higher academic qualification
* ITIL training or certification (Desirable)
* Understanding of service delivery concepts to support data handling activities and quality assurance
* Ability to communicate effectively and engage with peers, internal, and external stakeholders
* Exposure to billing or accounting systems, financial management business processes
