This initiative involves delivering a contemporary Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution to replace legacy systems that currently support document, records, and correspondence management.We are seeking a Deployment Support Analyst to play a hands-on role in the implementation of this critical solution, ensuring seamless transition into operational environments with minimal disruption to business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.Plan, schedule, and oversee deployment activities including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.Act as the main point of contact for nominated business areas, engaging effectively with stakeholders and providing clear updates.Address challenges, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.Ensure all deployment activities align with organisational standards and quality objectives.Oversee the transition to operational teams, providing post-deployment support and stability.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:5+ years' experience as a Deployment Lead (or in a similar role) within large, complex organisations.Strong project planning and organisational skills, with proven experience managing deployment projects.Solid understanding of systems, software, and deployment methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.Proven ability to identify risks, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions under pressure.Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve deployment objectives.Knowledge of and experience working in an Agile delivery environment.Highly desirable:Previous experience working within Transport and Main Roads or a similar regulatory setting.Experience delivering projects in correspondence, electronic document, and records management.If you'd like to be considered for this role click Apply Now.Submit your details and attach your resume below.
