# **About This Opportunity**This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting fair, transparent and effective student conduct and grievance processes within a leading university environment. Working closely with the Manager and Student Case Coordinators, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of the Student Conduct and Grievance Resolution Unit, contributing to high‐quality outcomes for students and staff alike.A key feature of this role is the diversity of work on offer. You'll gain hands‐on experience in a number of workflows and develop a deep understanding of the full student conduct and grievance lifecycle. The work is engaging, building broad capability, and allows you to meaningfully contribute wherever you're needed most.Key responsibilities will include:* Oversee and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Unit, including providing high-quality customer service, preparing correspondence, and supporting student conduct, complaints and appeals processes.* Provide secretariat support to university committees and working groups, including preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating meetings, undertaking research, and supporting governance-related decision making.* Contribute to the review and enhancement of business processes, information management, data analysis and reporting, including identifying trends and emerging issues to support informed decision-making at senior levels.# **About UQ**As part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.
