5. Maintain Product and Solution Expertise - Share best practices and systematic methods for staying up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions.
- Develop and implement plans for product and solution expertise, ensuring team training and development.
- Lead from the front, driving technical skills initiatives and maintaining personal development plans.
- Coordinate across teams to share systematic methods for staying up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions and share best practices.

Qualifications (Text Only)
1. Minimum required qualifications
o 15+ years software industry sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth OR
o Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 12+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work/internship experience with growth OR
o Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 10+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work.
2. People Management Experience - 7+ years.
3. Preferred Additional Qualifications - Strategic thinking & execution, excellent communication, high performance, collaboration, growth mindset, purposeful planning and execution, disciplined operations, training in complex sales methodologies, experience in line of business applications, business process consulting, automation, CRM, and Employee Performance Management systems.
