As an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a community-based, mobile role supporting clients across real-life settings. You will conduct functional assessments, intervention planning, sensory processing, play-based, and developmental therapy, as well as assistive technology and equipment prescription.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Functional assessments and intervention planning
* Sensory processing, play-based, and developmental therapy
* Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
* Assistive Technology and equipment prescription
* Home modifications and complex housing assessments
* Aged care and NDIS reporting
* Collaboration with families, schools, support coordinators, or builders
* Interdisciplinary case conferencing and mentoring
The ideal candidate will possess:
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* 1+ year of clinical experience, preferably in paediatric or community OT
* Confidence in assessment, report writing, and collaboration
* Passion for delivering client-centred care
