Join a growing national firm's Brisbane office, working across employment, IR and safety matters for clients in construction, maritime, medical, NFP, mining and global markets.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role within a busy Employment & IR practice.
You'll work across:
Unfair dismissal & general protections matters (run your own conciliations)
Enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes and union issues
Contracts, policies, workplace investigations and culture reviews
Whistleblowing, compliance and advisory work
Some workplace health & safety matters (light component)
You'll act for clients spanning construction, maritime, medical, NFP, mining services, engineering and professional services — plus several major US and Italian-based clients.
This team is known for giving junior lawyers genuine ownership, meaningful client contact and exposure to strategic work early in their careers.

About You
You will ideally bring:
1-5 years PAE in Employment & IR, litigation or a related field
Strong drafting and matter management skills
Confidence dealing with clients and a commercial mindset
A proactive, team-focused approach
