Administrative HR Support Role

This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capability and a foundational understanding of employee relations (ER).

1. Provide administrative support within the People, Culture & Growth (PCG) team.
2. Verify details on Wages Change of Conditions (COCs) and approve on behalf of PCG.
3. Draft Salary COCs and employment contracts with support from Senior Advisors.
