Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Educator to join our Perioperative Services team. In this role, you will:
* Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of education and training programs across perioperative nursing.
* Mentor, support and inspire nursing staff at all levels to provide evidence-based, high-quality care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation, research, and workforce development.
* Support a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within Metro South Health.
About You
You will bring advanced knowledge of perioperative nursing, together with strong leadership and education expertise. You will have:
* Demonstrated experience in perioperative nursing practice, education, and workforce development.
* Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based training programs.
* Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills to build capability across the nursing workforce.
* A commitment to professional excellence, quality improvement, and person-centred care.
