About the role

We’re looking for a Graphic Artist to join our fast-paced liquor team at Coles. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and enhance your omni-channel experience in a cooperative and tight-knit studio environment.

Applications close September 26

What you’ll do

In this production-focused role, you’ll bring creative concepts to life and roll them out across multiple channels. Around 60% of your work will be digital (eDM, digital display, social tile, outdoor screen and motion graphics), with the remainder focused on print — including in-store point of sale, press and other print collateral.

You’ll also:

- Deliver high quality and accurate finished art across digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency.
- Juggle multiple projects at varying stages and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team, open to feedback, contributing to a culture of quality, proactivity and problem-solving.

About you and your skills

You’ll bring 2–3 years’ experience in an agency or in-house studio, as a graphic artist / finished artist. Most importantly, you’ll have the ability to translate concepts and roll them out consistently across channels.

You’ll also have:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, collaborate, and manage multiple jobs at once
- Figma skills (preferred but not essential)
- HTML skills (preferred but not essential)

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll have exposure to a variety of work, learn across channels, and be part of a supportive and social team, we’d love to hear from you!
