Job Overview

We seek an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of two established clinics in Rockhampton.




Main Responsibilities:

* Manage teams across two locations and with independent GPs, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.
* Develop a solid understanding of business operations, financial reporting, and compliance in primary healthcare.
* Present reports to senior management confidently and make data-driven decisions.
* Multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* Communicate exceptionally both verbally and in writing, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.




About the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced Practice Manager confident in stepping into a leadership role. They must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multiple teams and locations.
