Seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join a growing Memberships organisation, offering a fantastic array of benefits and hybrid working
Our client, a Memberships organisation, offering an excellent range of benefits, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their busy team and support with providing a high level of customer service, administration and processing registrations.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Consultant will:
- Provide Reception duties as required and assist with inquiries.
- Update membership details on the system and verify cards.
- Review and process invoices.
- Perform admin tasks as directed.
- Review member's entitlements and reactive/deactivate accounts as required.
- Create and send relevant correspondence.
- Accurately follow processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
**The Individual**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Customer Service Consultant or similar role, preferably supporting with telephone-based queries where problem solving skills are required.
Our client is looking to hire an individual with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
