ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for ensuring that our vacating properties are advertised, meet market prices, and show prospective tenants through open homes and private inspections, including final bond and ingoing inspections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Advertising and leasing vacant properties, including home opens
* Liaising with owners and tenants professionally and confidently
* Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and reporting
* Preparing condition and exit reports to a high standard
* Working closely with the Operations Manager and team
* Upholding Avalon's culture, standards, and ways of working

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* 1–2 years experience in Property Management or Leasing
* Relevant Property Management qualifications
* Current driver's licence
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft OfficeHigh standards, reliability, and professionalism
