About The Role
Due to growth, we are seeking a results-driven Parts Manager to lead our parts team. This role is ideal for a strategic and motivated professional with a proven track record in understanding and meeting internal and exeternal kpi's, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
In this role you will:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the parts team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and industry partners
* Monitor sales performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve results
* Ensure outstanding customer service across all interactions
* Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise dealership visibility and reach
* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Proven experience in parts sales and management within a dealership environment
* Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
