Formed in **** through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. About the Role
Great Ocean Road Health aims to work with its clients and community to strengthen support systems and enhance overall wellbeing. The Registered Nurse provides clinical care to acute inpatients and aged-care residents, assists aged-care nurses, triages clients presenting to the Urgent Care Unit, supports the Medical Officer or Nurse Practitioner when required, and upholds full professional accountability for all clinical care across residential aged-care, acute services, and the Urgent Care Unit.
