Reporting to the Head of Client Project and Implementation for Victoria, the Client Implementation Manager is responsible for the delivery of integrated products and campaigns across the News Corp suite of brands.
There is a strong focus on promoting the correct brand adoption across our suite of commercial integrated products on client campaigns that result in success for clients, profitability for our revenue targets, client partnership renewal and client growth.
There is a need for efficiency and simplicity in process, communications and deliverables, which are all core to the team on a day to day basis.
The Client Implementation Manager will collaborate with the Newsamp Client Strategy and Client Solutions teams, NCA sales, NCA Product and Partnerships teams, the NCA Content Coalition and NCA Commercial Editorial where relevant to ensure the seamless execution of all commercial brand integrated campaigns that are delivered on time and on budget.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the delivery, retention and growth of your state based Newsamp revenue targets by leading and executing exceptional campaign outcomes to meet client objectives, resulting in and motivating renewal and business growth.
- Responsible for collaboratively working with all business functions relevant to brand and client partnerships, managing all internal and external stakeholder communications related to the efficient delivery and success of campaigns
- Responsible for the delivery of client campaigns and product initiatives through successful campaigns which drive retention and client growth, whilst developing and maintaining positive client, and internal relationships across the brand and product portfolio for integrated commercial products.
- Responsible for adopting, embedding and delivering best in market project management tools, systems, processes and workflow based on a standard framework for campaign deliverables, adapting process where necessary for the most effective delivery of client campaigns
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and sharing key trends across client campaigns and categories, as well as sharing best practice, key results and process optimisations with relevant parties within Newsamp, Sales and Product and Partnerships
- Adopt day-to-day systems and processes to deliver all required outputs of the Client Implementation team.
- Partner with Sales on project management needs in securing and running your brand integrated campaigns for clients to ensure the delivery of all campaigns and projects on time, on budget and within scope.
- Manage product budgets (where necessary) and invoices against budgets ensure margin and yield profitability.
- Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation of category aligned with Prestige network and client case studies for market
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a sales, media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing, events or publishing industries.
- Experience in managing integrated campaigns and leading the end to end output of client campaigns.
- Proven track record of maintaining strong and positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working across multiple platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the different types of creative, content and output that can be delivered
- Ability to tackle obstacles and find the appropriate solution that addresses or resolves the problem.
- Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing, content and data.
- An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting partnerships
- A results-oriented problem solver and a business-builder with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organised and collaborative; efficiently manages responsibilities.
