About the Opportunity
Reporting to the IBA Sales Manager SA/NT, this role is pivotal in driving executional excellence across the IBA store network in South Australia. You will work closely with the IBA State team to deliver results, implement long-term strategies, and support retailer development initiatives, including online store and loyalty programs. This a full-time, permanent opportunity.
In this Role
* Manage a defined territory and maintain strong retailer relationships.
* Conduct regular Retail Business Reviews and maintain a structured visitation plan.
* Develop relationships with key suppliers and resolve customer queries promptly.
* Identify re-banner opportunities within the SA market.
* Induct new venues and provide ongoing training for online store and loyalty programs.
* Oversee retail execution and conduct key retail audits.
You're Likely a Match If
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role; liquor industry experience preferred.
* Understanding of database management, digital protocols, and retail POS systems
* Results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
