As a skilled and compassionate night duty registered nurse, you will be responsible for:
Assessing resident needs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Providing direct resident care and assistance as required
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
Other important aspects of the role include:
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
Responding to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
Supporting and mentoring junior staff members as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current AHPRA registration
* At least two years of postgraduate experience in a similar nursing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
