PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
As a member of Power Water Corporation’s 24 hour operational control room, assist other controllers in the monitoring and control of the
power networks, by performing operational functions associated with fault dispatch, information and data logging, customer and emergency
call taking, and safe network access.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The “WHAT” to be delivered
* Perform fault dispatch functions and respond appropriately to inquiries and complaints from the public relating to power, water and sewerage
services.
* Maintain accurate operational electronic records, compile statistical information, and prepare reports on all aspects of system operations.
* Under the supervision of the Senior System Controller, assist with High Voltage operations such as remote operation of field devices
and other activities as required.
* Review and assist in the continuous improvement of procedures, work instructions, and processes.
