Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activities of our dealership sites. This role will involve ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, providing detailed financial reporting and variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and group reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
* Provide detailed financial reporting and variance analysis
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer and group reporting requirements
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
* Collaborate with department managers to monitor and control budgets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a financial operations role
* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or working towards is desirable
* Experience of working within the motor industry in a finance role is desirable
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
