**The role**
The primary role of the IT Support Officer is to provide technical knowledge and advice including high levels of customer service to deliver quality, innovative and secure technology solutions for Gippsland Water's internal and external stakeholders.
**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience and/or a relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline
- Experience in end user support, including rostered service desk, process improvement, and development of user guides and technical documentation
- Experience in providing support of workstations, mobile devices and IT peripherals
- Ability to liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including facilitating meetings and workshops to collaboratively deliver projects
- Have an enthusiastic approach to proactively seek, develop and optimize service delivery processes
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain sound working relationships at all levels
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to self-manage tasks independently to achieve team deliverables.
