Job Title: Support Services Officer
The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience and skill in an education context, with a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
We are seeking a Support Services Officer who can provide effective administrative support, organise and prioritise tasks effectively, and use computers and a range of application software packages.
Suitable applicants will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for student attendance, reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
Maintenance of school databases, including records and management information systems, is also a key responsibility.
The role requires flexibility to adapt to new roles and responsibilities to suit the growing business needs of the School.
